Prices are for a complete home ready for occupancy including standard excavation, foundation, backfill, and rough grade. Prices are based on a building site suitable to the style of home. Pricing is based on a construction radius of 20 miles from the Foxcraft office. Site costs are additional and vary in nature due to the proposed building site. Site costs may include clearing, extra excavation, drywell, utility installation and hook ups, permit fees and will be determined after a consultation at the building site. Finished grade, lawn, finished driveway, and sidewalks are not included.
