Initial Consultation with Foxcraft Sales Representative

• The sales representative answers questions and gathers information for a preliminary estimate.
• Foxcraft prepares a preliminary estimate.

Estimate Review

• Review preliminary estimates with a sales representative.
• Revise the estimate if necessary.

Agreement for Services

• Sign Agreement for Services
• Pay a deposit to initiate the site survey.
• At this point, it is highly recommended that you obtain pre-approval from a lending institution for your construction loan.

Site Survey Meeting

• Foxcraft representative meets you at your building site to determine the location of the home, proposed finished grades, site costs, etc.…
• Customers are to be prepared by having lot corners marked, approximate house location selected, and approximate utility locations determined.
• Foxcraft prepares a final estimate based on information obtained at the site survey.

Final Estimate Review

• Review the final estimate now including site costs with the sales representative.
• Revise if necessary

Construction Agreement

• Sign Construction Agreement

Complete Pre-Construction Checklist

• Complete loan process and closing.
• Complete color selections.
• Approve and sign final blueprints.
• Meet your project manager.
• Start construction!
